The Administration Office is comprised of the Administrative Services Division, Information Services Division, Operations Division and the Support Services Division.

Administrative Services Division

The Administrative Division is under the direction of the Chief of Administrative Services who reports directly to the Fire Chief and is responsible for all clerical support in the Fire District. The Chief of Administrative Services oversees the district budget and finance matters, employee records and personnel services.

Information Systems Division

The Information Systems Manager oversees this Division. All District computer systems, software applications, National Fire Incident Reporting System, and network connections are maintained from here.

Operations Division

The Operations Division is responsible for providing emergency and non-emergency services to the community. Included in this are responses to incidents requiring medical assistance, rescue, hazardous conditions, weed abatement and fire suppression. The division is also responsible for developing and delivering the curriculum for entry-level Firefighters as well as in-service training for the incumbent employees. Documentation of training records for each employee is maintained in order to ensure minimum efficiencies in a variety of disciplines. Currently the division is comprised of four Battalions consisting of 30 fire stations under the direction of an Assistant Chief.

Support Services Division

The Support Services Division is responsible for the Fire Prevention Bureau, facility/property management, vehicle maintenance section, and telecommunications services. The Division is under the direction of an Assistant Chief.
