The Fire District Digital Media Program operates within the Training and Education Division. Several personnel work to serve the Fire District through "live" video taping of events and training, as well as numerous projects, for all divisions within the District. The Digital Media Program also focuses on post production work that includes an "Interview with the Fire Chief" with Fire Chief Keith Richter, "Quick Drills" (covering important operational changes), Company Standards, Firefighter Academies instructional video tools, EMS Division support and Fire Prevention support. Also, the Digital Media program is fully responsible for all audio/video recording and coordination at promotional ceremonies and firefighter academy graduations.
The program further assists Contra Costa County Emergency Medical Services by producing programming designed for paramedics and emergency medical technicians featuring the County EMS Medical Director- Doctor Joe Barger. |
